On the Toolbox page, the user can download a blank metadata template.

Once the template is downloaded, the user can fill in the fields Image Filename, Catalog Number, Artist/Manufacturer Name, and Year.

It is important to have the correct Image Filename in place in order to pair each row with your uploaded images.

Next, upload your saved metadata template in the “Upload Metadata” section of the Toolbox page. The saved template name should appear beside the file input.

Click the “Submit Metadata” button. A message appears when the metadata has been uploaded successfully; if any filenames could not be matched to an uploaded image, the message lists them.
